Daffodils symbolize rebirth, new beginnings, hope, joy, and good luck. Much of this symbolism arises from the fact that daffodils emerge each spring to light up barren landscapes with their cheerful yellow, orange, and white flowers. The bulb, leaf, and flower are used to make medicine. Despite serious safety concerns, people take daffodil for whooping cough, colds, and asthma. They also take it to cause vomiting.

[ oh, gross. alfyn does not look surprised by the fact there are green, uncomfortably large spiders - they have those back home. just in different colors!

he's watching caelus beat them to death, at first, before unsnapping his axe from its loop on the back of his belt. with a deft spin, he walks along the peripheral, looking out for any that are jumping from the wilds into the fray. ]

[ alpha week!! but despite not having a taste for blood and killing, alfyn does have a taste for fighting, and gives his axe another spin before bringing it down to bisect one of the spiders. ]

Probably got a nest somewhere that they came scurryin' out of. Lemme... [ he looks up, gauging, before drawing his arm back and launching the axe up at the canopy to create a sliver of a gap in the trees. ] Come more towards me for a sec, axe's gonna come down in an arch.

[ how dare another alpha attempt to give caelus positioning advice??? it is so fortunate that such a daring creature is, in fact, alfyn. and caelus likes that dude.

he doesn't hesitate, moving closer but with his gaze flitting between the spiders and upwards for when the axe will inevitably give in to gravity. ]
