It's wild! But that doesn't surprise me any, knowin' the two of you...

Oh... I dunno if you'd know him or not? Or at least know of him. But Sir Olberic Eisenberg of Hornburg is one of my friends in the party back home. I got a warrior's license and he taught me a thing or two while we were travelin'.

[ just, you know, casually friends with the twin blades of hornburg. ]

He doesn't travel with us, though. He's protectin' Wellspring from a lizardmen tribe.

That's -- amazing, Alfyn! You know, I always admired the tales I heard about his strength and chivalry [ though he was NOT as cool as sazantos ] and the citizens of Hornburg spoke very highly of him.

And of Sir Erhardt as well! [ the citizens of the kingdom of hornburg that perished. it's fine, ] What is Sir Olberic like? Do you think you could show me some of his sword techniques? I'd love to see them!

[ alfyn's stupid so just assumes that rondo met them when he was, like, a teenager or something. he doesn't think "gate to hell can be opened by this nerdlord!" ]

Well, I'm no Unbendin' Blade, but I can do a thing or two, maybe... definitely don't stand up to what Olberic can do. Sometimes it's like Brand is holdin' his blade with him!

But he's learned how to make dad jokes recently. It's kinda funny, in that they're usually not funny. He's real humble, though, and I think he's maybe the most upstandin' guy that I've ever met.
