[ just because they're kidnapped to the world's worst village with a possible sacrifice of the masses does not mean that alfyn is just going to sit around, so he's currently sorting through stones that he's collected from the stream in an attempt to find something that would be suitable for a whetsone with his axe on the table next to him at the refectory.

with the way his sleeves are, the ink of the week is visible on his forearms. the most apparent one is saving him and he is very adamantly ignoring it right now as he sorts through rocks.
